Is the size I choose referring to the photo’s size or whole frame’s measurements?
The sizing you select (A4, A3, A2) refers to the size of the photo within the frame.
Do you ship your framed prints internationally?
- Yes, I ship whole units (print + frame) internationally to Europe, UK, United States, Canada. Shipping estimate is calculated at checkout. Lead times for shipping is slightly longer for international deliveries.
Can you deliver to Australia or New Zealand?
- Yes, although the print only will be sent to ensure safe delivery. Shipping estimate is calculated at checkout. Delivery times is roughly 2-5 working days.
Can I buy your prints as a digital file?
- No. Unfortunately my prints are not available as a digital download. This is to protect copyright and avoid issues involved in reproduction and repurposing of my work.
I’d like the print on it’s own, how can I purchase this?
- You can purchase the print only version (without a frame) by choosing “No Frame (Print Only)” in the ‘Frame’ drop down menu.
Do you do custom orders, I saw a photo you posted and I’d love it as a print?
- Yes, I can do custom orders on any of my images on request. Available only as whole units (print + frame) in A4 or A3 sizes.
Why is the shipping so expensive to UK or US?
Unfortunately shipping costs are out of my control due to the size and weight of framed orders. I use An Post and FedEx as my couriers. Shipping costs are are set by them and it’s the quotes that I’m given which is calculated at checkout.
