VOLKSWAGEN X Joshua Nueva - 2022 - Case Study

The BRIEF:
Volkswagen Ireland aims to spread awareness and encourage users to enter the #WVSnapshot - their annual photography competition.

The STRATEGY:
I
was tasked to create 1 piece of content to highlight the essential details of the competition using my unique storytelling style and high quality visuals.

To really encompass the photography aspect of the brief, I requested a 2 week lend of their ID.4 GTX and planned a trip to Coney Island in Sligo, the drive to which is tidal meaning that you can only access it twice a day.

Lighting and colours is extremely important in photography, so I timed this shoot to coincide with the tide to allow me to drive to the island in a VW vehicle for sunset in order to paint the entire scene with the vivid colours of the sunset.

I captured a variety of imagery and video in this location to fulfil the brief while maintaining my creative style.
